MY HEROS

The Studio's expertise includes master planning, stormwater management design, landscape design, permitting, project management, and construction oversight of holistic site development (new construction and retrofits) with a concentration on ecologically sensitive stormwater management, including bioretention (biotention/rain gardens), permeable paving, water harvesting & reuse, living walls, and native landscape design.

Owned by a LEED Accredited Professional with a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning (MLARP) from the University of Pennsylvania, Anne Guillette has worked directly with national & regional stormwater experts (Neil Weinstein, Larry Coffman, Michael Clar, Tom Schueler) having designed, permitted and constructed numerous projects in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Guillette serves as a Board Member of the newly formed non-profit, the "Chesapeake Stormwater Network" and has served on numerous environmental councils, green roof and urban tree task forces, as well as County and community planning advisory boards. She has been a guest speaker at State and National Low Impact Development Conferences as well as international forums. A former USGBC-NCR Board Member, Ms. Guillette has authored LID reference materials and publications for architectural, contracting, and LEED AP community.
